I have been involved with many, many transactions over 35 years of legal practice, both for myself and on behalf of clients. I have worked with many real estate brokers at all levels, and most of them were extremely good at their jobs. None of them were better than Jay Bond. I can't think of one moment during this entire transaction where I questioned our decision to hire Jay. He was fast, smart and gave consistently good advice. He did exactly what he said he would do. And Kelly was equally spectacular. I could not be happier with the process and the outcome. These guys are literally the best.

From the initial sit down in which Jay provided a comprehensive overview of the buying process as first-time buyers, all the way through closing was an exceptional experience. It is clear that Bond Real Estate Group is a well-oiled and experienced team. The efficiency and speed that this company operates is impressive. Jay and Kelly were in constant contact with us throughout the process. Not one time did we feel out of the loop or unclear on what was happening. Jay is your biggest advocate when it comes to buying or selling a house and he also does a great job at setting expectations from the beginning. He is optimistic yet realistic which was huge for my wife and I. Being first time buyers, it is easy to allow your own personal narrative on how things will playout get away from you but due to the experience Jay brings to the table we didn't have any surprises as we were always informed on what to expect and how things most likely will occur. I don't know how the team does it, but we were always so well accommodated. Whether that be calling the team out of the blue when we had a question arise, or expeditiously setting up a viewing of a property we were interested. We found our perfect first home that we are thrilled about. We made the purchase within our budget and had successful negotiations with the seller. The experience with Bond Realty has far surpassed our expectations. We will be back with Jay for all future real estate needs. We sold and bought a house using Bond Real Estate Group. Jay Bond, Chris Cox, and Kelly Cox were absolutely amazing. Jay and his team are extremely knowledge about the current market and had a detailed plan for selling our house and getting top dollar, even in the current market of high mortgage interest rates. Chris and Kelly helped us make the purchase of our new house. Chris made himself always available to my wife and I. Always took my calls, even on the weekends, and responded quickly to my texts. He kept us up to date during the negotiating process and promptly followed up on any questions that we had or issues that needed to be looked into. Kelly handled all the behind the scenes documentation. Chris and Kelly were excellent in the service they provided. It was a long process to buy our house, while contingent on selling the old house. Jay and his entire team are honestly next level real estate agents!!! I've bought and sold a few homes in my lifetime, and this experience was so smooth and genuine. I joke around because it's like I have never made such a good friend so fast in my entire life. That's Jay. He's just a great guy that is likeable and trustworthy. He's extremely knowledgeable with real estate in general, and an expert in contract negotiation. He knows exactly what to look for and gave us so many valuable tips that saved us thousands upon thousands. Not only that, but he is constantly pushing to be better with staying updated on the latest market trends, and technology, as real estate is constantly evolving - something I thought was pretty cool when throughout the process he was going to real estate seminars, etc... Just investing in himself and team, rather than becoming stagnant. What I loved the most is that with Jay, you immediately know he has your back and is very authentic. Not only that, he actually is active in the community and does his own real estate investments for himself. His knowledge with how short term rentals / vacation rentals worked was 100% spot on. No other agent I talked to when looking for someone to work with could provide the correct info on that, but Jay knew right away what to do. I highly, highly, highly recommend Jay and his team. 5 stars all the way. Kelly his assistant is also incredible. She was always on top of the scheduling, processes, and had all communication organized between inspections, pest, general info, etc... I couldnt have chosen a better team.
